At Cinco Studio, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return and exchange policy is here to help.

Return Policy

• Time Frame: Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchange Policy

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately for a replacement.

• Exchange Process: If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at hello@bycinco.com

Shipping Returns

• Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
